In a shocking turn of events, four children aged between 15 and 25 have been kidnapped by a gang of men near the ‘Furla Daa Yili’ and ‘Mba-Naa Yili’ forest tonight.

Zaid Adams, a sibling of one of the victims, confirmed the distressing news. According to Adams, his younger brother, Alhassan Basima, left their home this morning. Later that night, the family received a frantic phone call from Basima, who revealed that he and three friends had been kidnapped. The gang reportedly tied them up and forced them into a tricycle, known locally as a ‘Yellow Yellow,’ which transported them to the forest.

Fortunately, the kidnappers failed to confiscate Basima’s phone, allowing him to make the crucial call for help. However, the phone has been unreachable since then. Zaid Adams, along with a search party of approximately 60 people, is currently scouring the forest in a desperate attempt to locate the missing children. Despite their efforts, they have yet to find any trace of the ‘Yellow Yellow’ beyond a certain point in the bush.

Local authorities and residents are being urged to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity. The search continues, and the community remains hopeful for the safe return of the children.
