On July 20, 2024, Dr. Sylvester Amoako, the 61st President of the University of Ghana Students’ Representative Council (SRC), wed Ms. Emmanuella Boakye Yiadom, the 65th UG-SRC Secretary, in a beautiful ceremony. The event exuded sophistication and grace, set against a backdrop of lush decor. The couple looked regal in their purple ensembles for the traditional wedding: the bride wore a fully beaded corseted gown, while Dr. Amoako donned a matching two-piece agbada.
Their smiles radiated happiness and contentment as they continued with a formal wedding ceremony. The event was attended by friends, family, and former colleagues from the University of Ghana, who gathered to celebrate the couple’s union with joy and excitement.
