The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that online registration for the 2025/2026 service year will commence on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

According to the Authority, the decision follows a directive from President John Mahama after a Technical and Forensic Audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP) revealed serious shortcomings in system reliability and data integrity.

As a result, the NSA has developed and deployed a new, more secure digital platform designed to improve transparency, strengthen data protection, and enable real-time verification of applicants.

In a statement, the NSA disclosed that all registrations completed in June 2025 have been nullified due to inconsistencies and errors detected in age and identity records during the audit.

“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared null and void. Every prospective service personnel must re-register on the new platform,” the statement emphasized, adding that affected applicants would receive refunds of their earlier service fees.

The Authority has directed all newly registered service personnel to report to their designated service stations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, ahead of the official commencement of service on Monday, November 3, 2025.

The NSA assured the public of its commitment to ensuring a transparent, efficient, and credible registration process for all prospective National Service Personnel.
