Answered Prayers: Rain Brings Relief to Drought-Stricken Northern Ghana.

The northern part of Ghana has been under the grip of a harsh drought for months. Crops got dried; water sources became arid and evaporated, leaving communities in an almost hopeless situation. This became more pronounced with the extension of the disaster across the whole region, affecting many lives. Religious communities would join their hearts, offer up prayers, and implore God’s blessings on the land in terms of rainfall. It rained today, the 19th of August 2024. The long wait is over. It’s a blessing, not only to the northern region but as well to districts and towns around it. Whether the blessing came in answer to prayers or just by accident, we give glory to God Most High for the blessing of the rain.
